Library Help

The Library is here to support you as you move through your studies or research. You have many options for finding help online from the Library and can contact us at any time.

Through Library Help you can get in touch with us with specific questions about your search, resources available or if you are experiencing any difficulties accessing Newcastle University resources in Singapore. Live chat is available 24/7 for more immediate answers to your questions.

For more detailed subject questions or one-to-one support for researchers, email the SAgE team directly.

One-to-one support

The SAgE Liaison Librarians are here to support you as you progress through your studies, and in particular as you take on independent research. You can book a one-to-one consultancy with us where we can discuss planning and carrying out a comprehensive search, selecting high quality information and managing your information. We offer online appointments using Zoom or Teams, and will work with you to arrange a convenient time.

Support for researchers

The Library works with researchers and research students from across the University to provide a range of services to support you throughout the whole research cycle.

The Library Research Services webpages provide an overview of available research support and valuable resources to help you become an open researcher. Visit our Opening Research blog for news and updates.

Arrange a one-to-one with your Liaison Librarian to discuss how we can support you from a distance.
