EXISTING PROCEDURES FOR BOOKS ON LOAN QUERIES - Introduction

This section sets out for reference what the current procedures and practices are for Books on Loan Queries.  It is divided into two parts: claimed returned and claimed not borrowed.  These two parts are then sub-divided into 1. complete existing procedures and 2. a staff overview for help and hub desk enquiries and current and proposed email templates.  In the second section a numbered list has points of note highlighted in red and points to consider highlighted in green.  

A concluding part of this section provides a shortcut to the complete instructions for a useful and easy to find reference point.
