Welcome Host is one of the Welcome to Excellence suite of customer service training programmes developed by the Regional Tourist Board Partnerships (see page 4 in your guide). Copyright is owned by Welcome to Excellence Ltd. Users may neither reproduce and distribute the Welcome to Excellence materials or allow any third party to use the materials in any way whatsoever without the prior consent of Welcome to Excellence Ltd.

We have adapted the material to be more relevant to our service. This course is a recognised qualification in the workplace.

In addition to this Guide there is an accompanying Welcome Host Participants' Guide and a Welcome Host MS Team. If you do not have the guide book or cannot access the Team, please contact a course facilitator.

Access the 'I'd like to learn...' Whiteboard in Section 1 on the Welcome Host Team and share at least one thing that you would like to learn from Welcome Host training.

In the Section 1 channel on the Welcome Host team you will find a post directing you to the Whiteboard, the Whiteboard also exists as a tab at the top of the channel. Once you have accessed the whiteboard, select a note, or create one using the options on the left. Double-click on the note to type your comment. You can add your comments anonymously or leave your name if you wish.
