Guideline of Online Application for Clinical Skills Equipment Borrowing 

Due to high demand and the limited number of the clinical skills equipment, below are the updated procedures for booking and borrowing of the equipment:

1. All process of borrowing, requesting and returning to be done at the LRC Counter only from 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

2. The borrowing of the clinical skills equipment is based on first come first serve basis.

3. The borrowing of the clinical skill equipment is strictly for 2 days loan only.

4. Renew of the equipment is not allowed in order to make sure everyone has the opportunity to borrow the equipment.

5. Upon collection of the equipment, library colleague and the student MUST check the condition of the equipment and record it in the logbook.
