LRC Area

Study areas

LRC provides a wide variety of study environments from relaxing and flexible learning spaces for groups, to quiet and silent areas for individual study.
We all study in different ways, so with that in mind we have different study areas around our library and for you to use depending on your needs and learning styles. Library is committed to providing an environment that is comfortable and inviting, but conducive to study.
There are three (3) types of study areas:

NOTE: Please respect the needs of others studying in different areas of the LRC. For group discussions besides in the library, you also can use a free seminar room.

Study rooms

There are bookable study rooms available at the first floor and second floor. 

1. Group Study Room (with LCD)

For Your Information:
  • These rooms are available for booking during LRC's Opening Hours and bookable for a maximum of TWO (2) HOURS. 
  • Group may use the room for the hours booked in advanced. The usage of the room should end on time but can be re-booked if no one else requires it. 
  • Booking can be made online at and in the search box, type > Study Room
  • Group Study Rooms are use for academic purpose only e.g working on group projects or group presentations.
