Library Equipment Borrowing Guidelines

All NUMed student and colleague shall follow the guides set by LRC which include:

• Fill out the Application Form for Use of Library Equipment. 

• Submit your application at least 2 days before the event or activity

• Approvals will be processed within 2 working days

• Borrowing period: maximum of 1 week per item

• Use equipment responsibly and return it in good condition

• Return all equipment to the Admin or Library Staff

NOTE: Application of borrowing Library Equipment is for Event Purpose only.
