Where an item is not in stock yet or is an information type beyond the Library collections, you are able to use the Manual Entry function to complete a form which will add the details to the reading list.
- Click on +Add at the top of the list page and select Manual Entry.

- Select the Type of resources e.g. book, article, website etc.
- Work through the fields adding the necessary bibliographic information.

- Once the fields are complete, choose which section of the reading list you want to add it to, along with the importance tag. e.g. Essential, Background.
- Click Add
The selected item will now appear on your reading list. Where the item is a book that is not in stock, an automated process will be initiated to create a purchase order for the Library collection. The list will be updated once the item is added to stock.
